Sherrill Patnode
Hello, I'm Sherrill Patnode. I joined the staff of CBL Floors in the summer of 1992 in the position of Office Manager. You may encounter me over the phone as "the voice" of CBL Floors. When you visit our showroom, I will greet you at the door and answer any questions you may have or if necessary, direct you to someone who can. Mailing out your invoice, warranty information and care instructions for your new floor are part of my duties. I will gladly order samples that you request and have them sent directly to your home. One of my responsibilities is to make sure that our customer list is up-to-date so that you receive our quarterly newsletter and sale information in a timely fashion. My goal is to make your overall experience as pleasant as possible by insuring that you feel welcome and comfortable each time you call or visit us.
My background is in retail sales and management. Before joining CBL Floors, I worked for Herbergers and the Wedding Shoppe. I also earned a cosmetologist licence and have worked in area salons. My husband, David, and I live in West St. Paul. When I'm not at the store, I enjoy baking, hiking, traveling, dining out, spectator sports and spending time with family. I have three wonderful children - Paula, Tom, and Amy - and nine lovely grandchildren.
