I began working for CBL Floors during my sophomore year at Cretin Derham Hall. It began as a summer job removing carpet with friends and family. After graduation, I enrolled in school at Inver Hills Community College while continuing to work and manage the carpet removal crew for two years on a full time basis. In 2003, I moved to Florida to continue my education and lived there for a year. After getting my fill of the sunshine state, I decided to return to Minnesota to pursue a career with CBL Floors. I began spending time on the sales floor, learning how to take measures and figure bids, as well as managing the tear out crew.
Recently, I was promoted to Operations Manager and am now responsible for managing our tear-out, installation and warehouse crews. I look forward to learning more about the business and management side of CBL Floors and hopefully taking over the business when my parents are ready to retire someday.
I am currently attending Metro State University where I will finish my Bachelor degree in Business. In my spare time, I recently installed a new Classen laminate floor in my home. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and playing outdoor sports.
